This work delivered six AI agents in three months, rebuilt a legacy estimating system into a modern cloud platform, and aligned cross‑functional teams around a unified AI strategy.
I designed enterprise operating and decision‑making structures for a 5,500‑person municipal department, built the City’s first outcomes‑aligned costing model, and strengthened equity‑centered governance. This work improved strategic alignment, clarified planning processes, and supported more accountable resource decisions across City Operations.
As Executive Director, I modernized the operating model, financial systems, and governance structures for Western Canada’s largest undergraduate business conference. I led a 32‑person team through a full transformation that reduced major costs by up to 44 percent, secured sustainable funding, delivered a 1,065‑person conference, and generated $952,000 in economic impact.
