About Kevin Zentner

Founder & Principal Consultant

Kevin leads enterprise AI modernization, cloud redevelopment, and systems‑level organizational transformation. His work spans AI platform strategy, responsible governance, data and cloud architecture, workflow automation, and the design of operating models that strengthen decision‑making across large, complex organizations.

He has delivered transformation initiatives for organizations including PCL Construction, the City of Edmonton, the University of Alberta, Territorial Electric, and multiple nonprofits and associations. His experience ranges from rebuilding legacy systems into modern Azure‑based applications to designing enterprise governance frameworks, analytics foundations, and cross‑functional planning structures.

Kevin’s approach is grounded in human‑centered design, responsible AI principles, and a deep commitment to building solutions that are trusted, scalable, and supported by the leaders and communities they serve.
