Deux Collectif is a transformation studio led by Kevin Zentner, helping organizations align people, processes, and technology for measurable enterprise impact.
PCL is a 6,000‑employee construction organization operating across 26 districts and four verticals. The company needed a unified approach to AI adoption, modernized cloud systems, and stronger governance to support responsible, scalable innovation. My role was to lead enterprise AI strategy, rebuild critical systems, and align cross‑functional teams around a shared modernization roadmap.
I served as the Consultant Lead for AI Research and Development, responsible for shaping PCL’s enterprise AI platform, governance structures, and modernization initiatives. My work focused on creating clarity in a complex technical environment and building the systems required for long‑term, responsible AI adoption.
I built and executed PCL’s first enterprise AI platform strategy. This included creating a GitHub Copilot–based intake and assessment process that evaluated 70 AI use cases and enabled the delivery of six custom AI agents in three months. I also led the development of a one‑year AI roadmap that aligned IT, cybersecurity, learning, communications, and AI development teams around a unified direction.
I strengthened responsible AI governance by leading a $400,000 partner engagement to establish M365, Power Platform, and Purview governance. I also built an executive reporting framework with three dashboards and 16 KPIs to support transparent, accountable decision making across the enterprise.
I modernized PCL’s enterprise estimating system by rebuilding the legacy platform as a modern Azure‑based cloud application. I also delivered Cortex, an analytics solution that aligned cost codes and WBS structures across 240 projects, enabling conceptual estimates to be produced in ten minutes instead of two weeks and improving comparability and risk orientation for 300 estimators.
I directed the project teams responsible for company‑wide Microsoft Copilot training and launch communications, ensuring safe, coordinated adoption across the organization. This work helped PCL build internal capability and confidence in AI‑enabled workflows.
